Highmark Homes and Designgroup Stapleton Elliott deliver new homes in Matua, Tauranga
299 Levers Road is a multi-residential development in the Tauranga suburb of Matua. The homes were designed by Designgroup Stapleton Elliott and built by Highmark Homes.
The project needed quality windows and doors that met thermal compliance requirements and arrived when the build programme needed them, so each home could be closed in on time.

Scope
Supplying 45 window and door units to close in the homes on time
UNO's scope was to supply 45 window and door units for the development, fixed and awning windows alongside hinged and sliding doors, for installation by the builders.
UNO wasn't involved at the early design stage, so the joinery was supplied to the design as specified. Timing was critical: the windows and doors needed to arrive on time so the homes could be closed in and the programme kept moving.

Solution
A thermally compliant UNO Thermal window and door package
UNO supplied the project in its UNO Thermal suite, meeting the thermal compliance requirements for the homes. The joinery is finished in Matt Ironsand powdercoat, a key UNO colour, paired with Clear Low-E glass.
The units were delivered on pallets to suit the build programme, ready for the builders to install and close in each home on time.
