Located at 8 Rongonui Street in Elderslea, Upper Hutt, this residential development delivers a collection of modern architecturally designed homes focused on practical, comfortable living.

Designed by Design Network and built by Faisandier Homes, 8 Rongonui was introduced as a trial project for the team’s first experience working with UNO. Throughout the project, UNO’s communication and service model, efficient delivery systems, and ability to support smooth and seamless execution were recognised as key strengths across the multi-residential development.

UNO supplied 60 aluminium window and door units using the UNO Thermal suite, delivering a practical and efficient solution for the development.

Clear Low E glazing was specified throughout to support thermal performance and comfortable living environments, while maximising natural light across the homes.

Finished in Matt Black powdercoat from UNO’s key colour range, the joinery delivers a clean and modern architectural aesthetic suited to the contemporary townhouse design.

A key part of the project was the delivery experience itself. Through clear communication, organised scheduling, and reliable trailer delivery systems, UNO helped create a smooth and efficient process for the builder from manufacturing through to installation.

Installation was completed by the builder, supported by accurate delivery coordination and consistent project communication throughout.

This project highlights how strong communication, reliable delivery, and efficient systems can create seamless outcomes even without early-stage project involvement.

Window & door units

For this project, UNO manufactured and delivered 60 aluminium window and door units. A combination of fixed and awning windows, hinge doors, and slider doors designed to support natural light and efficient installation.

Matt Back Powdercoat

The Matt Black powdercoat finish, one of UNO's Key Colours, delivers a bold and contemporary appearance, complementing the modern architectural design of the homes.

Clear Low-E Glaze

All windows and doors are specified with Clear Low E glazing to support thermal insulation and energy efficiency, contributing to comfortable interiors and H1 construction R-values.
