Scope

High-Performance Aluminium Joinery for 119 Units

UNO Windows & Doors provided aluminium joinery solutions tailored to the needs of this large-scale development. The project featured sliding doors, awning windows, and entrance doors, all finished in a stunning New Denim Blue Duratec special colour. To enhance thermal performance and energy efficiency, Low E Energy Saver glass with argon was used. Additional features, such as sliding doors with vision rails, entry door viewers, and restrictor stays, were incorporated to meet safety and functionality requirements. This development reflects a commitment to standards that go beyond the New Zealand Building Code, aligning with the advanced sustainability and efficiency goals of Homestar®.
