This project continues UNO’s ongoing collaboration with both RP Builders and Design Group Stapleton Elliot, built over multiple successful developments, delivering consistent, efficient, and seamless outcomes across multi-residential projects.

Scope

Supporting H1 construction R-values, accessibility, and Homestar outcomes

UNO’s focus for this project was on delivering a reliable aluminium joinery package that aligned with the builder’s programme and installation requirements.

Key considerations included:

• Supplying a complete joinery package ready for installation
• Supporting thermal performance for improved comfort
• Maximising natural light across all units
• Ensuring efficient installation and delivery to the site to keep the build moving

A streamlined and well-organised supply approach was essential to support a smooth construction process.

Solution

Adaptable and Efficient End-to-End Window and Door Solutions

UNO supplied a complete thermal aluminium joinery package, delivering an adaptable and efficient end-to-end solution tailored for multi-residential construction.

Using the UNO Thermal suite, the project benefits from improved insulation performance, supporting H1 construction R-values while maintaining a clean and modern aesthetic.

Clear Low E Lightbridge double glazing was by UNO throughout to support a brighter way to save energy, allowing natural light to flow into each home while improving indoor comfort.

Finished in Flaxpod, a UNO Key Colour, the joinery provides a consistent and durable finish across all six townhouses, ensuring a cohesive architectural outcome.

All 61 windows and doors were delivered to site using UNO’s trailer system, allowing for efficient transport and organised handling on arrival. Installation was completed by the builder, supported by accurate manufacturing and a seamless supply process.

This project highlights how a well-executed supply solution can support efficient delivery, consistent quality, and beautifully simple results across multi-residential developments.

For this project, UNO manufactured and delivered 61 aluminium window and door units. A combination of hinge doors, stacker doors, and awning windows designed to maximise natural light and support efficient installation.
