As the Waiwhetu suburb grows in Wellington, Riviera Group partnered with award-winning Sheppard & Rout, Redican Allwood, and UNO Windows to deliver this stunning development with 23 styled townhouses in the heart of Te Whiti Park.

Scope

Contemporary and functional

With impressive city views, but still, in the heart of a native bush, these townhouses were developed to attend to the high demand of housing in Lower Hutt. The project consists of 2 and 3 bedrooms and was completed in December 2021.

With the growing awareness of the necessity to invest in dryer and warmer homes, added to the desire to provide a specification that would positively impact the tenant's daily living experience, Riveria Group & Redican Allwood selected UNO to deliver the windows & doors for this project.

Solution

Good quality products for healthier homes 

The solution was providing a specification that would get the better results for:

The chosen glass was Clear Low-E Double Glazing and the residential suite provided a seamless living experience.

UNO used a special colour for this project ensuring the result was a sleek and modern look matching with the architect's vision.
Low-e energy efficiency
Low-E double glazing
Clear Low-E was used in this project, and it has a coating to improve thermal efficiency. The coating is virtually invisible and has a positive impact on the heat transfer through the glass.

The residential suite was chosen for its durability and strength, making it well-suited for various housing and multi-residential settings.
