Both the UNO Non-Thermal and UNO Commercial suites were used to meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of the office space. Early involvement allowed UNO to provide H1 construction R-values, assist with detailing, and develop accurate shop drawings to streamline construction.

A key part of the solution was glass selection. Tinted Low E Lightbridge glazing was specified to achieve the client’s desired visual outcome while still meeting H1 performance requirements, bringing together design intent and compliance.

Installation was completed by the UNO team, ensuring quality control and a seamless finish on site.
