UNO has been involved from the early stages of the project, helping ensure the development aligns with H1 compliance and long-term thermal performance goals.

Solution

 Thermal performance supported through early collaboration and detailing

UNO is supplying 103 aluminium window and door units using the UNO Thermal suite, delivering a practical and efficient solution tailored for modern townhouse living.

To support improved thermal performance, UNO suggested recessed installation details designed to better align the thermal break with the insulation line. This approach helps improve overall system performance while supporting H1 construction R-values.

Clear Low E glazing has been specified throughout the development to enhance energy efficiency and maximise natural light, contributing to healthier and more comfortable living environments.

Finished in Appliance White powdercoat (subject to confirmation) from UNO’s Key colour range, the joinery provides a clean and timeless aesthetic suited to the architectural style of the homes.

This project highlights how early technical input and practical detailing solutions can help create stronger thermal outcomes across multi-residential developments.
