Located at 165 Tararua Road, Levin, this commercial office project for Belcanto Group required a classy but performance-focused aluminium window and door package.

Designed by Alan Craig Design Ltd and constructed by Belcanto Group, the project called for commercial glazing that would complement the building’s architecture, reduce glare in the office space, all while meeting the required thermal performance criteria.

UNO supported the project beyond manufacturing and supply, providing technical information, shop drawings, delivery and installation for a coordinated commercial joinery solution.

Supporting H1 compliance and architectural detailing

UNO’s scope included 9 commercial aluminium window and door units, with support provided to help the project team confirm the required performance before manufacturing.

Our team provided an H1 construction R-values certificate for the window package and supplied relevant joinery details to support the architect. UNO also completed the shop drawings, helping translate the project requirements into a coordinated package ready for manufacture and installation.

UNO supplied the UNO Commercial Suite paired with Grey Tinted Low E Performatech Glazing across the office development.

The combination provided the required commercial glazing solution while supporting the project’s H1 construction R-values. Grey tinted glazing also provides solar control while contributing to the contemporary appearance of the façade.

The aluminium joinery was finished in Metropolis Coal Dust, a special powdercoat colour selected to complement the building’s architectural palette.
