Designed and being delivered by Tuatara Structures, the project reflects a practical approach to commercial construction with a focus on performance, efficiency, and long-term durability.

This project continues UNO’s ongoing collaboration with Tuatara Structures following a recent collaboration on the Fort Richard Commercial Block also in Tauranga, delivering seamless outcomes through early-stage collaboration and end-to-end support.

Using the UNO Non-Thermal suite, the project has been designed to balance functionality, durability, and compliance requirements while maintaining a clean commercial aesthetic.

Clear Low E Lightbridge glazing has been specified to support thermal performance and natural light throughout the building, contributing to comfortable internal spaces and supporting H1 construction R-values.

For this project, UNO manufactured and delivered 14 aluminium window and door units. A combination of hinge doors, fixed windows, and awning windows to suit the professional design needs of the commercial development.

A refined metallic finish from UNO’s key colour range, selected to complement the modern commercial design while providing durability and low maintenance performance *subject to client approval.

Clear Low-E Lightbridge Glazing

All windows and doors are specified with Clear Low E Lightbridge glazing to support thermal efficiency, natural light, and H1 construction R-values.

The UNO Non-thermal suite has been selected as a practical and efficient solution for the commercial requirements of the project.
