Designed by Novak + Middleton, who also lead the design of 55 Dawson Street, and developed by Gibbons Co, continuing our work together after Five Mile Villas and Lake House Villas, the development brings together contemporary architecture, quality materials, and light-filled living spaces.

UNO became involved during the early design stages, working alongside the project team to assist with suite selection, glazing options, construction details, and value engineering. This early collaboration helped maximise natural light while supporting efficient specification and helping the project achieve its thermal compliance requirements.
