Designgroup Stapleton Elliott & Austen Projects

30 Milton Road is a multi-residential development in Otumoetai, Tauranga, designed by Designgroup Stapleton Elliott and constructed by Austen Projects.

The project continues UNO’s established relationship with Designgroup Stapleton Elliott, following our involvement across multi-residential developments including Five Mile Villas, The Crest Chalets, Campbell Village, William Earp Place and more.

For this project, the focus was on supplying a dependable thermal aluminium joinery package that met the required performance requirements while supporting the construction programme.

UNO supplied the UNO Thermal Suite with Clear Low E Glazing, creating a thermally improved window and door package suited to the requirements of the development.

The combination of thermally broken aluminium frames and Low-E glazing helps reduce heat transfer and improve thermal performance, supporting more comfortable and energy-efficient homes.

A mix of fixed and awning windows, stacking, hinged and sliding doors provided the configurations needed across the development, while the Dulux Sandbar powdercoat created a warm, contemporary finish.

UNO Thermal Suite

UNO Thermal uses thermally broken aluminium framing to reduce heat transfer through the joinery. Paired with Clear Low E Glazing, the suite improves thermal performance and helps the homes meet their required H1 construction R-values.
