End-to-end Aluminium Windows & Doors to Meet Partner Needs

This ambitious multi-residential development involved the supply of 697 units of aluminium joinery across the 78 townhouses. Meeting the project's specific needs, we provided a range of products including sliding doors, awning windows, entrance doors, and louvre doors, all finished in a future-proof Matt Ironsand Uno’s key colour.

One of the primary challenges was the strict project timeline, which demanded precise delivery schedules to maintain uninterrupted progress on-site. Working closely with our partners, we streamlined the delivery schedules to ensure our aluminium joinery was available exactly when needed, supporting a smooth and well-coordinated installation by the builders on site.

Another significant consideration was acoustic performance, especially due to the close proximity of the main road. The design specifications called for laminated glass to enhance sound insulation, addressing the unique requirements for noise reduction in a residential setting and providing greater comfort for residents.

Additionally, the building’s design included multiple cladding types with different wall thicknesses across different blocks, adding further complexity while firming up the selections to ensure the project ran smoothly.
