In another successful collaboration, UNO supplied aluminium windows and doors for this stunning townhouse project in the Karori suburb of Wellington. Developed by Riviera Group who partnered with award winning architects Sheppard & Rout, & construction company Redican Allwood.

Scope

Architectural excellence with a premium and modern design

In an amazing location, this development features architectural excellence with a premium and modern design of three bedroom homes.

 

With a focus on energy efficiency, each townhouse has low e glazing & other features such as an EV car charger installed for the biggest convenience to the occupants.

 

Two key factors made this project a good challenge to the UNO team thrive: key timeframes and budget. 

The client had concerns regarding the window insulation ratings but needed to achieve these while sticking to a budget.

 

UNO supplied 144 units of aluminium windows and doors with Low-E glass that allows the natural light to shine in while creating a warm, comfortable, and unique space to live in.
