In an amazing and challenging location, this development with 11 valuable apartments was strategically positioned to maximize sunlight all day, providing awesome coastal views over Wellington Harbour and Oriental Bay.

The site was located at the top of a hill, with a narrow driveway, making access challenging for deliveries. The UNO team provided solutions alongside the construction company to ensure high-quality aluminium joinery was delivered on time and as per specification for this development.

UNO delivered 119 windows and doors in different configurations to achieve the client’s expectations.

The chosen UNO key colour was the slick and modern Matt Ironsand, making a bold statement in alignment with the vertical stained cedar cladding.

Bringing a seamless solution, the aluminium joinery was streamlined with the UNO Non-Thermal Suite and the type of glass chosen was the Clear Double Glazing to achieve the H1 requirements for the area at that time.
